Exfoliate:
Mix together 1 teaspoon of plain yogurt, 1 drizzle of honey, and 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar. Rub the mixture gently over your face to exfoliate (remove the dead skin) and leave your skin glowing. Be sure to rinse well.
Face Mask:

If you have dry skin, there are skin anti aging products that you can try for free that will hydrate your skin and make it glow. One that comes highly recommended by dermatologists and Cosmetic surgeons is Life Cell Skin. If you need a quick flush, mash up a quarter of an avocado with 2 tablespoons of honey. Spread it over your face (be sure to avoid the eye area) and leave on for about 15 minutes before rinsing with warm water.
Eyes:
To get rid of those darn dark circles that form around the eyes, cut a fresh fig in half and place the halves over your eyes for about 15 minutes, while lying on your bed (or favorite spot) and relaxing. For tired eyes, enjoy the cooling effect of two slices of cucumber or orange slices placed over your eyes. To soothe your peepers, soak cotton pads in rose water, milk or aloe vera juice and place over your lids. These home made skin anti aging products will make your skin feel refreshed and alive.
Condition Hair:
For that smooth, silky hair, beat an egg yolk in a bowl, then mix in a teaspoon of olive oil, drip by drip. Add a cup of warm water. After shampooing, spread the mixture evenly over your hair and leave for a frew minutes before rinsing it off.
As you can see, if the times are tough and you need to make your own skin anti aging products, just whip open the fridge and in as little as 15 minutes, you will be looking like you spent the day at the spa.
